Tsukemen (Dipping Ramen) has been one of my all-time
favorite dish. And Fujiyama Go Go is my latest addiction.
Fujiyama Go Go is expertise in Tsukemen. This doesn’t
mean they don’t serve common ramen. Only Tsukemen is their strongest
recommended menu.
Their
Tsukemen is pretty much similar to main stream in Japan. Concentrated pork bone
soup seasoned with dried bonito.
They have 2 type of dipping soup to choose from. Light soup(less fat.
Accompanied with halved Lime) type and Thick soup Type. Noodles are thick and
chewy. The stereo type of noodles to go with Tsukemen.
If
you have had Tsukemen before, you might find the dipping hot soup became
lukewarm as you dip in the chilled noodles. Fujiyama Go Go resolves this issue
by preparing magnetic stove on your table. The dipping soup comes in the flat
bottom bowl made from stainless steel. You can directly heat the soup on the
stove.
