Mugendai, Honmono sushi, Miyatake and many high-end sushi dinings may be supported by majortiy vote, yet for me, when it comes to a final decision, Sushi Chu is stil the best chioce for Sushi dining in BKK.
This is the place where the word 'Authenic' is completely applied. The way their prepare ingredient is exactly what a experienced sushi chef do in Japan. The portion of the fish and sushi rice is golden ratio bringing the best out of fresh ingredient and rice. While most of high-end sushi in Bangkok is infused with western style of serving, overwhelming thick cut of fishes on the rice.
And for the record, They serve decent Sushi with reasonable price comparing the quality and portion. And it's the price worths paying cinonsidering Sushi Chu is the only place that actually brings me back to Japan everytime I dine at their counter.
