Torihada is a famous Yakitori (Grilled chicken skewer) joint from Ningyochou district, Tokyo. Not long ago their newest branch has just opened at Surawong, Bangkok.
Specialty of Torihada is
rare part of chicken you won't find elsewhere, like Sori (Dark meat), Chouchin (Immature Egg) or Obi (Waist).

Magnum Cafe
The global campaign Magnum Cafe has arrived Bangkok eventually. And the success is proven by the number of overwhelmed number of customer.
We were there on weekend and the place was completely packed. Anyway, we have got a flawless service.
The drink was very fancy and come in many varietions from Smoothie to Cocktail. This one was Summe Mango; Magnum smoothie blended with ripen mango and chocolate chips. (120B)
Bittersweet Addiction; Campari, Grapefruit Juice, Sparkling Wine and wild berries (220B)
Magnum Temptini Magnum blended with Dark Rum, Bailey's, Tia Maria (220B)
We had a plate of cheese and Charcuteries to go with our drinks. (190B each)
Most of the food is based on Chocolate theme. Chocolate is infused in both savoury and dessert. This one was Nemo : Chocolate Linguini with Blue crab meat. Intensified with garlic and caper. (260B)
We also had a plate of pizza. Which was an oriental one, called Sussie Wong : Cripsy Duck with Hoi Chin sauce Pizza. (190B)
The high light of the meal would be dessert. We had Green Tea Stogie (140B) . A Magnum with Green Tea powder, accompanied by a piece of brownie smoked with Hickory Chip.
The second Magnum plate dessert was Diana's Secret Love (160B). A Magnum ice cream topped with crunchy caramel. This comes with dark(52%) chocolate mousse.
Special 'Make your Magnum' idea of the month was in Coffee theme. We has one of those, Bubble Bee Coffee (80B). A Magnum ice cream coated with White chocolate and coffee powder. Topped with Honeycomb. We found this was the best among all dessert.
Overall it was another relaxing meal with friends in a relaxing place. The food was creative and available in such reasonable price. No wonder it's packed all the time.
